Tom Roberts

Tom Roberts has been a part of the color guard activity for over 30 years. During his career he performed with Imperial Regiment during the ‘80s.  He has taught and produced WGI and NECGC medal winning guards such as Genesis II, Kenmore East, TIME, North Tonawanda Simplicity, North Collins, Lancaster High School and Lancaster Independent winter guards.   He has also taught and produced top ten DCI color guards such as Kiwanis Kavaliers, Academie Musicale and Phantom Regiment.   Most recently he designed the show and instructed the 2011/2013 Large School 2 State Champions, Lancaster Marching Band.

Kathy Batt

Kathy Batt has been involved with Sport of the Arts programs for over 30 years.  She has been a performer, instructor and mentor.  She has taught and produced Winter Guard International and North East Colorguard Circuit medal winning guards such as  Genesis II, Kenmore East, North Tonawanda Simplicity,  North Collins, and Lancaster Winter Guard.   She has also taught top ten Drum Corps International color guards such as Kiwanis Kavaliers, Academie Musicale and Phantom Regiment.   She has also instructed the  two-time State Champion, Lancaster Marching Band since 2009.

Jason Stotz

Professional dancer, yoga instructor, personal fitness trainer, and musician.  Jason has been dancing professionally throughout the states for the last seven years with companies such as Missouri Contemporary Ballet, Island Moving Company, Dances Patrelle, and Catapult Entertainment (America's Got Talent). He received a BFA in Dance from the University at Buffalo and was a scholarship student at the Joffrey Ballet School in NYC.  Jason has taught in the US, Europe, and Central America and is also a professional musician on the steel drum and a variety of other instruments.

Karen Mazierski

Karen Mazierski got her start with the Imperial Regiment Drum Corp back in the 70’s, then continued on teaching Imperial’s winter guard, North East color guard circuit medal winning guard Genesis II, Kenmore East & City Honors. She joined the Lancaster A staff in 2015. It’s been a wonderful 3 years teaching the Lancaster A guard, these young adults are so amazing. I’m so fortunate to be a part of this organization.

Charleen Hannon

Charleen Hannon marched with the Lockport Blazers Jr Corp. Marched Imperial Regiment colorguard. Marched  with Westshoreman Senior Drum Corp. Starting teaching/assistant director of CSAT winterguard 2016 to present. Started teaching Lancaster Independent IA 2017 to present. Also a Real Estate Agent for Hunt in Amherst NY. 

Stacy Zawadzki

Stacy is the owner/director of ZPAC-Stacy Zawadzki’s Performing Arts Center. She is also an independent Director/Choreographer for many local production companies, an Adjudicator, and a Fitness Assessor/ Instructor with BWI Health and Promotions. She received an MFA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Stacy has been a member of the Buffalo Contemporary Dance Company; Marie-Christine Giordano Dance Company, where she was reviewed in The New York Times; Alpha Omega Dance Company; New Dance Collective Dance Company; and the Zodiaque Dance Company. Her credits include: Grease (Sandra D.), The Lion King (Ed the Hyena), Pocahontas (Dancer) in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico; the Tommy Hilfiger Fashion Show in the British Virgin Islands (Dancer); “Aida and Carmina Burana,”(Principal Dancer), and Chess and Anything Goes (Dancer). She was honored by the Theatre Association of New York State for her choreography. Stacy and ZPAC Company have been scouted for a private audition for the TV Show “America’s Got Talent.” Stacy’s concepts/ choreography have also been seen on the “X Factor," "WNYO," "Disney Magic Music Days," and the Carnival Cruise Line. Stacy currently can be seen as a soloist on a commercial demo spot aired by the TCT network on its local affiliate, WNYB-TV 26.
